Coolfont Mountainside Community amenities for 2026. When booking a Coolfont Mountainside Cabin, you will have access to amenities such as a seasonal community pool, hot tub, and kiddy pool. Year round the community features on-site hiking trails, tennis and basketball courts and a tot-lot. Seasonal Pool passes are provided with most cabins for 4 guests. Additional day passes are $15 per guest, with a maximum of 10 daily. Reserve 48 hours in advance to ensure your experience.
